Tjörnin, also known as Reykjavik's Pond, is a beloved inner-city feature in Iceland's capital. Despite its name, it's actually made up of five different water bodies and has a shallow depth. The pond is a hotspot for birdwatchers, with over 40 bird species calling it home, including Arctic Terns, Eider Ducks, and Mallards. Visitors can enjoy strolling around the pond, feeding the birds, or simply soaking up the charming atmosphere of this urban oasis.
