Mizen Head is an iconic location off the coast of County Cork in Ireland. Home to towering dolerite sills and an old signal station, which now operates as a museum house with displays relating to the sites strategic significance, Mizen Head is a true reward for visitors. A full range of visitor facilities are available at the entrance featuring paths, viewing platforms, and of course the iconic 99 steps which were part of the original access route.
