Froðba is a charming village located on the north edge of Trongisvágsfjørður in the Faroe Islands. It has merged with the nearby town of Tvøroyri and is divided into smaller areas like Hamri and Bøur. Legend has it that Froðba is the oldest village in Suðuroy, named after a legendary Danish king who settled there. The village is known for its picturesque surroundings, including basalt cliffs and a heliport offering flights to Tórshavn and Vágar Airport.
