If you want a spa experience when you're in Copenhagen, there are plenty to choose from, but AIRE is one of my favorites. Housed in a historic building in Carlsberg Byen dating back to 1881, it offers a unique experience of relaxation for both body and mind. With a range of exclusive massages, rituals, and thermal baths, guests can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in a tranquil atmosphere where time seems to stand still. (Seriously - you're not allowed to bring your phone inside and there are no clocks!!) I highly recommend AIRE for a true escape.
