This 3-day itinerary will take you to some of the most beautiful places in Slovenia. We recommend using Bled as a home base to explore and renting a car in Ljubljana for your trip. While you won't need a car while exploring Ljubljana and Bled, you'll want one for day 3 of this itinerary. Alternatively, you can swap out day 3 of the itinerary for something more easily accessible via public transportation, like Vintgar Gorge or Lake Bohinj! See the map for additional ideas.

Spend your first full day in Slovenia exploring the charming capital city, Ljubljana.
