Luwuk → Banggai (Banggai Laut): Daily RoRo ferry (e.g. KMP Tanjung Api / KM Harapanku Mekar, ~11 AM), takes ~8 hours, costs ~86,000–132,000 IDR. Private double cabin available for around €25 extra. The harbour is in Tinakin Laut. Return Banggai → Luwuk also runs daily, usually in the evening.

Salakan ↔ Banggai Laut: Connected by local boats or speedboats, ~2–3 hours, weather-dependent.

Lukpanenteng (the Paisu Pok village): most Thursday's there is a direct local ferry that takes 2 hours and costs 60.000 IDR. Departs from the Pelabuhan Luwuk (! not the Pelabuhan Rakyat!).

Tip: All these ferries can generally be caught without advance booking, but schedules shift with sea conditions, so always confirm the day's departure locally.
