Whilst there are quite a few ATMs in Luwuk and Banggai laut these are a lot harder to come by around Peleng (Paisupok). I recommend bringing sufficient cash to cover all your expenses!
Bonus tip: whilst we visited the BRI ATMs charged us no fee for withdrawing money when using a VISA credit card. However using a MASTERCARD they did charge a fee.
