Step back in time and wander through Sade Village, a living community that preserves the traditions of the Sasak people. It is in fact one of the oldest remaining traditional villages. You'll be welcomed by a local guide, often a village resident, who will lead you through narrow paths between unique elevated huts with thatched roofs and walls of woven bamboo. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see the famous hand-weaving techniques firsthand and gain a genuine insight into a culture that has been passed down for generations. Also you can get to see the traditional fights (Peresean).
There is no fixed entry fee but a donation is expected.
