Dunmoe Castle, located near Navan in County Meath, Ireland, is a historic castle dating back to the mid-15th century. Originally built for the D'Arcy family, it served as a stronghold on the western edge of The Pale. Legends say that George d'Arcy entertained both King James and King William before and after the Battle of the Boyne. Unfortunately, the castle was burned down during the Irish Rebellion of 1798, leaving only two southern towers and some walls standing today.
