Maggie Choo's Bar in Bangkok is a unique speakeasy-style bar with chic décor and a diverse selection of music. Created by design guru Ashley Sutton, it's located inside Novotel Bangkok Silom Road Hotel and accessing the bar requires finding the small, old doorframe outside the hotel. The interior of the bar is just as impressive, boasting vault doors, oil paintings of sailing ships, as well as bust statues of Queen Victoria. From 10pm onward, weekly live jazz music entices crowds to come enjoy the tunes, while DJs and rock bands often take the stage. The drinks menu includes an assortment of imported wines, beers, whiskeys, and decadent cocktails.
