Когато бил разгневен, разбивал скалите с тризъбеца си и от тях извирали нови извори – солени като сълзи или лековити като морския вятър…
Днес, далеч от древните брегове, Нептун се издига от пяната на вълните и е намерил своя дом край Черно море – в Св. Св. Константин и Елена.
Скулптурата му стои величествена, вперила поглед към хоризонта – сякаш все още бди над морето и нашите мечти, отнесени от вятъра.

Legend has it that the god Neptune could calm a storm or summon the silence of infinity with a single wave of his hand. Lord of the underwater kingdoms, protector of sailors, and guardian of the secrets of the sea. When he was angry, he would smash rocks with his trident, and new springs would gush forth from them—salty as tears or healing as the sea breeze...

Today, far from the ancient shores, Neptune rises from the foam of the waves and has found his home by the Black Sea – in St. St. Constantine and Helena.

His sculpture stands majestically, gazing at the horizon – as if he still watches over the sea and our dreams, carried away by the wind.
