Историята на ресторанта започва през 1997 г., когато в центъра на Стария град се отваря първият обект с този символичен псевдоним на Алеко Константинов. Интериорът е дело на арх. Огнян Ламбев – с мебели от масивна дървесина и кожа, витражи, дантелени покривки, ретро акценти и картини, които връщат гостите към епохата на Алеко. Примамлива е и голямата тераса с гледка към Царевец.

Менюто предлага домашни рецепти от българската традиция, преплетени с европейски акценти – авторски подход към сач, баници, ризото, салати, пици с италианска фурна и десерти-ставки. Ястията са сезонно подбрани, приготвени с пресни продукти.

Ресторантът е първият извънстоличен ресторант номиниран и отличен от престижни международни награди, включително World Luxury Restaurant Awards.

The restaurant's history began in 1997, when the first establishment with this symbolic pseudonym of Aleko Konstantinov opened in the center of the Old Town. The interior was designed by architect Ognyan Lambev, with solid wood and leather furniture, stained glass, lace tablecloths, retro accents, and paintings that take guests back to Aleko's era.
