Сред сянката на вековни дървета и шепота на морето се крие едно от най-спокойните и свети места по българското Черноморие – манастирът „Св. св. Константин и Елена“. 🌿
Легендата разказва, че в една тъмна и бурна нощ, когато ураганни ветрове брулели клоните на дърветата, а морето бучало със страховита сила, монасите чули вик за помощ. На сутринта, след като бурята утихнала, по скалистия бряг били разпръснати останки от кораб, телата на удавници и един полужив човек, стиснал вързоп в ръцете си.
Когато се съвзел, корабокрушенецът разказал, че пази икона на светите Константин и Елена, която трябвало да бъде доставена в манастир край Цариград. След чудното си спасение, той я дарил на местните монаси със заръката: „Постройте храм на това място.“
И така, през XVIII век се ражда светата обител. Иконата била вградена в олтара, а до нея избликнал целебен извор.

Hidden among the shadows of centuries-old trees and the whisper of the sea lies one of the most peaceful and sacred places on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast—the Monastery of St. Constantine and St. Helena. 🌿

Legend has it that on a dark and stormy night, when hurricane-force winds were shaking the branches of the trees and the sea was roaring with terrifying force, the monks heard a cry for help. In the morning, after the storm had subsided, the rocky shore was littered with the remains of a ship, the bodies of drowned people, and a half-dead man clutching a bundle in his hands.

When he came to, the shipwrecked man said he was guarding an icon of Saints Constantine and Helena, which was supposed to be delivered to a monastery near Constantinople. After his miraculous rescue, he gave it to the local monks with the request: "Build a temple on this spot."

And so, in the 18th century, the holy monastery was born. The icon was built into the altar, and a healing spring gushed forth beside it.
