In 2024, my wife Chiara and I quit our jobs, packed everything into four backpacks, and set off on a 10-month journey through 12 countries with our two kids (then 7 and 4). We love adventure, nature, and finding beautiful places far from the crowds. We try to avoid mass tourism, skip guided tours, and plan everything ourselves - because that’s when we feel most free.
