We heard that you can see phosphorescent water here. Unfortunately, a security guard refused us entry in the evening. The beach is private and you can only access it if you are staying at the hotel.

How to get here:

If you park the bike there, fee is 10k VND.

We parked just a bit further up the road for free and walked the rest.
