The Levada Pedregal - Ponta do Pargo hike is a circular trail of 10.5 km that starts and ends in Ponta do Pargo, on the western tip of Madeira Island. The hike takes you through nature and rural areas, where you can see stunning views of the coast, the valley and the mountains. You will follow the Levada, which is a traditional irrigation canal, that leads you to a small chapel and a viewpoint, where you can admire the sea and the surroundings. The hike is considered easy and takes about 3-4 hours.
