Bloemendaal is situated directly on the coast of the North Sea, just north of the city of Haarlem. This popular seaside resort with many beach clubs can be reached by car of public transport in just 15 minutes from Haarlem and 45 minutes driving from Amsterdam. It’s even nicer to go there by bike from Haarlem, as there are many cycling paths leading you through the extensive dune areas.

The municipality Bloemendaal is known for its beautiful beaches, dunes, and forests, as well as its vibrant nightlife. It is also home to the Bloemendaal aan Zee beach resort, which is popular with tourists.
