Victory Square in Bishkek is a tribute to the Kyrgyz citizens who fought in World War II. It's located in the center of the city, making it a perfect stop during the day.

If you visit during the summertime, you'll also see a stand selling the same three drinks on every corner. Similar to Turkish Aryan, these drinks are all variations of Shoro, or soured milk. It's a very acquired taste, but absolutely loved by the locals.
