Bjargtangar Lighthouse, located on the cliffs of Látrabjarg in northwestern Iceland, is known as the westernmost point of Iceland and Europe. Built in 1948, this two-story concrete tower stands tall at 6 meters high, with a lantern facing the sea at a focal height of 60 meters above the water. While the site is open to visitors, getting there can be a bit tricky due to its remote location. So, if you're up for an adventure and want to check out the western edge of Europe, Bjargtangar Lighthouse might just be the spot for you!
