Cayo Sucre is one of those spots in San Andrés that feels totally untouched. It’s a small cay surrounded by bright turquoise water and coral reefs, making it an amazing place to swim, snorkel, and just enjoy how beautiful the island is. The water here is insanely clear and calm — perfect for floating around and spotting fish.

We loved how peaceful it felt compared to some of the busier spots. It’s a great place to slow down, snorkel straight from the boat, and relax in the sun without too much going on around you. If you’re into marine life, this is definitely one of the better snorkelling spots near San Andrés.

Cayo Sucre is usually visited as part of a boat tour, which costs around 40–70 USD depending on what’s included. If you’re in San Andrés and want a calmer, more natural island experience with epic water, Cayo Sucre is well worth adding to your itinerary.
