We’d absolutely recommend Panadería Rosetta if you’re in Mexico City and into AMAZING pastries. It’s one of those places where the smell of fresh bread hits you the moment you walk in, and you’ll quickly see why locals and travellers line up for it.

Prices are usually around 15–50 MXN for pastries like the famous rol de guayaba (guava roll) and flaky croissants, and even the coffee and breakfast bites feel like great value for the quality.

Our tip is to try the guava roll because it’s often the standout on the menu and a favourite of pretty much everyone who visits. (pictured on the left in first image) It can get busy with a line out the door, especially in the morning, so go early if you can or grab something to go.
