We stumbled upon Panis and instantly loved it — it’s a small, cozy bakery with a great local vibe. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with the smell of fresh bread and pastries, and it’s clear everything is baked on-site.

We grabbed a few pastries and a coffee, and honestly, it was some of the best bakery stuff we had in Bocas. The breads are soft, the pastries are perfectly flaky, and it’s just the kind of spot where you can sit for a while, relax, and enjoy your snack while people-watching.

Prices are super cheap, usually around 1–3 USD per item, so it’s perfect for a quick breakfast or pick-me-up without blowing your budget. If you’re in Bocas del Toro and love fresh baked goods, Panis is a must-visit.
