If you’re in Caye Caulker, Swings Restaurant & Bar is one of those places you kind of have to stop at. The swings right on the water are such a vibe and make it a fun little photo spot, especially around sunset. The food is solid island-style stuff like fresh seafood, tacos, burgers, and ceviche, and the cocktails are definitely the highlight.

We’d recommend coming for a drink or an easy dinner, swinging over the water with a rum punch in hand. Prices are pretty fair for the location, usually around 10–20 USD for mains and 6–10 USD for cocktails. It’s relaxed, social, and perfect for ending the day while watching the boats drift past.
