If you’re in San Ignacio and want a solid meal with a fun, relaxed vibe, Pop’s Restaurant is a place worth stopping by. The menu has a great mix of Belizean classics and comfort food, and everything we tried was really tasty and satisfying without costing a ton. Most dishes sit around 7–15 USD, which feels fair for the flavour and portion sizes.

We really enjoyed how easygoing and welcoming the atmosphere is — it’s the kind of spot where you can grab lunch or dinner, sip a cold drink, and just soak up the local energy. Whether you’re in the mood for fresh seafood, grilled meats, or classic Belizean plates, Pop’s hits the spot and leaves you feeling full and happy.
