We stumbled upon Restaurante La Cuchilla and instantly loved it — it’s a super chill spot with amazing views of the mountains. The vibe is casual but really cozy, perfect for grabbing a meal after a day of hiking or exploring Boquete.

The food here is all about local ingredients and hearty flavours. We tried a few dishes and everything was really tasty, especially the burger! and fresh salads. It’s also a great spot to sip a cold drink or coffee while enjoying the scenery, which makes it feel like a little mini escape from the town buzz.

Prices are very reasonable, usually around 10–20 USD per main dish, depending on what you order. If you’re in Boquete and want a relaxed, scenic spot with great local food, Restaurante La Cuchilla is definitely worth checking out.
