We stopped by La Esquina del Pandebono and it was so damn good. It’s a small, local spot that does fresh pandebono, and you can tell straight away it’s a favourite with locals. Perfect for a quick snack while wandering around the city.

The dulce de leche balls were honestly the highlight — warm, soft, cheesy on the inside, and filled with that sweet, gooey dulce de leche. They’re dangerously good and one of those things you keep thinking about after you leave. We definitely should’ve ordered more.

Prices are super cheap, usually 1–2 USD per piece, so it’s an easy stop without blowing your budget. If you’re in Colombia and want a quick, local treat that’s insanely tasty, La Esquina del Pandebono is a must.
