We stumbled upon Colombitalia Arepas in Cartagena and instantly loved it — it’s a small, casual spot serving some of the best arepas we’ve had in Colombia. The place is simple but super inviting, and the smell of fresh arepas hits you the moment you walk in.

We tried a few different options, and every bite was delicious and packed with flavour. The arepas are fresh, perfectly grilled, and stuffed with tasty fillings — it’s the kind of food that’s quick, satisfying, and ridiculously good. Perfect for a snack or a casual meal while exploring the streets of Cartagena.

Prices are super cheap, usually around 2–4 USD per arepa, making it a budget-friendly foodie stop. If you’re in Cartagena and want a quick, tasty, and authentic Colombian snack, Colombitalia Arepas is a must.
