If you’re in Flores and love breakfast or brunch, you have to check out Maple & Tocino. The food here is incredible — everything we tried was so tasty, but the waffles were next-level amazing. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with toppings, they’re honestly worth planning your morning around.

We loved the vibe of the place, too. It’s bright, colourful, and has a really cute vibe, the kind of spot where you can sit for hours with a coffee, do some people watching. The menu has lots of options if you’re not into waffles too, from pancakes and toasties to hearty plates with eggs, bacon, and local flavors, so everyone leaves happy and full.

Prices are really reasonable, usually around 5–10 USD per dish, which is great considering how generous the portions are. If you’re wandering around Flores and want a delicious, filling breakfast or brunch spot, Maple & Tocino is absolutely worth a stop, we actually went back twice because it was so good!
