We popped into Hector’s Bistro and instantly loved the vibe — it’s casual, colorful, and super welcoming, It had live music and was a total vibe. It’s perfect for a relaxed meal after exploring the streets of Antigua.

The food is fantastic, with a mix of international dishes and local flavors. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared — from fresh salads and pastas to heartier meat dishes, it really hit the spot. We also loved that the menu had something for everyone, whether you’re craving comfort food or something a little lighter. Brittany's favourite was the prosciutto wrapped dates very random but super delicious!
