TreeCasa – Staying here was such a highlight. The villas are tucked into the hillside with incredible views of the bay, a perfect mix of privacy, nature, and luxury. Waking up to those sunsets was unforgettable.
Sunset at the Bay – We loved grabbing a spot on the main beach or one of the beachfront bars to watch the sun dip over the water—it’s easily one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen.
Surfing & Beaches – We rented boards and tried surfing at Playa Maderas, just a short drive from town. Even as beginners, the waves were so much fun, and the beach itself is quiet and scenic.
Christ of the Mercy Statue – Hiking up to this massive statue gave us panoramic views of the town, coastline, and surrounding hills—totally worth the climb.
Local Eats & Cafés – We loved wandering the streets and finding small spots like El Timon for fresh seafood, smoothies, and relaxed beachfront vibes.
Nearby Day Trips – Exploring beaches like Playa Hermosa and Playa Yankee added peaceful, off-the-beaten-path moments to our trip.
Chill Vibes & Nightlife – The town has a laid-back energy but comes alive at night with bars and live music. Evening drinks by the beach while listening to live bands were the perfect way to end the day.
