We had one of the most memorable meals of our trip at Kin Toh in Cancún. Nestled in the jungle at Azulik(this hotel is also insane where clothing is optional. Elevated dining with views of the treetops and a magical, intimate atmosphere. Back in 2017, we tried the blue corn tacos with lime jelly and seared tuna, and they were absolutely unforgettable, but we’re not sure if they’re still on the menu today.

Prices are on the higher side, generally around 1,500–2,500 MXN per person for a full tasting experience, but for the ambience and creativity of the food, it felt worth it. Our tip is to make a reservation well in advance and try to get a table with a treetop view — it really elevates the experience, literally and figuratively. Even if the exact tacos we had aren’t there anymore, Kin Toh is still one of those places that’s a feast for the senses and an unforgettable night out.
