Cunucu Arikok is part of Arikok National Park on Aruba, so treat it like a short, rugged nature visit: get there by rental car or a guided tour because many access roads are unpaved, and pay at the visitor center for maps and current trail info. Bring plenty of water, sun protection, and sturdy closed-toe shoes since trails are rocky and offer little shade, and plan for basic facilities only so pack snacks and anything else you need. Focus your time on the small cunucu farm ruins, caves and scenic overlooks, allow a couple of hours for easy exploration, and consider a guided walk if you want local history and safer access to the caves.
