Cas Abao is a small coastal beach cove, so if you go expect clear snorkeling right off the sand, basic facilities and a small entry or parking fee, but no lifeguard. Get there by car or taxi, arrive early to grab shade and a parking spot, and bring reef-safe sunscreen, a snorkel and reef shoes because the best spots are rocky and can have sea urchins. There are usually umbrellas or a tiny snack shack to rent from, but food and water can be limited, so pack extra and keep valuables out of sight. Stay aware of changing currents and plan visits for morning or late afternoon when the water is calmest and the place is quieter.
