We’d totally recommend Tacos Atarantados if you’re in Mexico City and into tacos with some northern flair and variety. Prices are pretty fair for the quality, with most tacos around 79–119 MXN each and other items like cachetadas or special combos sitting up to about 199 MXN, so you can try a bunch without going over budget. Our tip is to go for the trompo surtido as an introduction because you get a little taste of a few different meats, and pair it with one of their fun sides or a cold drink for a proper meal.
