Even though we didn’t stay at Rosas & Xocolate Boutique Hotel + SPA in Mérida, we’d still highly recommend checking it out because it looks absolutely stunning. Set along Paseo de Montejo, the hotel occupies two beautifully restored French-style mansions with gorgeous architecture, high ceilings, and elegant décor. Each room feels cozy and stylish, and some even have private terraces or jacuzzis, making it a dreamy spot to relax. Prices are usually around USD 250–300+ per night, which seems fair for a stay with a pool, spa, and on-site restaurant. Peek at the terrace or rooftop areas if you can — even just seeing the setup makes it easy to imagine a perfect, indulgent stay. The chocolate-inspired spa treatments and award-winning restaurant make it feel like a must-see spot in Mérida, even if you’re just walking by or planning a future visit.
