We stayed at Bambuda in Bocas Town and it was absolutely epic. The hostel sits right over the water, so you wake up to gorgeous Caribbean views every morning. The vibe is super tropical, colorful, and full of energy, perfect if you’re a young traveler looking to meet people and have a good time.

The common areas are awesome for hanging out, chatting with other backpackers, or grabbing a bite to eat. The food at Bambuda is really good for a hostel, and it’s the kind of place where everyone ends up swapping travel stories over drinks while soaking up the sun.

Dorm beds usually go for around 15–25 USD per night, and private rooms are about 35–50 USD depending on season. If you’re in Bocas Town and want a fun, social, over-the-water stay with great food and a tropical party vibe, Bambuda is a must.
