If you’re around Caye Caulker then you have to see the 2nd biggest barrier reef in the world! Hol Chan Marine Reserve is 100% worth it. This is one of the best spots in Belize for snorkelling, with super clear water and loads of marine life like turtles, rays, colourful fish, and even nurse sharks.

We went on a half-day snorkelling tour and loved how easy and fun it was. Tours usually cost around 80–120 USD, and all the gear is included. The water is calm, visibility is great, and it honestly feels like swimming in an aquarium. If you only do one ocean activity in Belize, make it this.
