Alright, so this is a bit of a random destination, but if you find yourself in Wollongong, Windang Island is definitely worth a look. This little island is a top spot for fishing, prawning, boating, windsurfing, and yachting. There isn't too much to say about it besides you can walk over from Windang Beach and explore the rock formations and climb around and check out the scenery. There are tiny rock pools where you can spot some marine life in too. So, if you're in the area, definitely make a pit stop here, it's a great little adventure and a nice change of pace from the usual tourist spots!
