Cedar Creek's swimming holes are a delightful and refreshing escape, complete with leafy trees, rock pools, and picturesque waterfalls. With two swimming spots around Brisbane, it's important to make sure you input the Samford location into your maps to avoid any mix-ups (though honestly, visiting both is worth it, I love them both!). The creek offers a variety of swimming areas: some feature big, deep pools with rope swings, while others are shallower with smaller, tranquil pools.

There’s a slightly overgrown path running alongside the creek, so I recommend exploring the trail to find the perfect spot that suits you. Most families stick around the pool near the car park and BBQ area, so if you venture a bit further, you're likely to discover a more secluded spot to fully enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Whether you choose to stop at Andy Williams Park for a picnic or continue on to the larger waterfalls and swimming spots, Cedar Creek guarantees a day full of exploration and relaxation in the great outdoors.
