This Chinese-Korean place will transport you to old Seoul. The interior hasn’t changed in over 30 years and the place is almost exclusively frequented by corporate ahjussi’s on their lunch break (aka my ideal lunch spot). It is a classic Sino-Korean spot right in the middle of a bunch of touristy spots, perfect for a lunch before a long day of walking.

Must hit bites (if you’re never had Sino-Korean food before, get the classics):

  • 짜짱면 or 짜짱밥- black bean noodles or rice

  • 탕수육 - sweet and sour pork

  • 짬뽕 - spicy seafood noodles

Address: 서울 중구 수표로6길 2
