The Seoul Sky observation deck is located between the 117th and 123rd floor of the Lotte World Tower in Seoul, South Korea. It’s one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city featuring two story-high glass windows, numerous cafes, a lounge, two Guinness World Records and stunning 360° views.

You can explore 7 different areas in the observation deck spanning from the 117th to the 123rd floor. You can also walk across the Seoul Sky Bridge suspended 1,774 ft (541m) for an additional fee.

Hours:

  • 10:30-22:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:30 -23:00 Friday or Saturday.

  • Onsite ticketing office opens 10 minutes earlier than the observation deck at 10:20am.

To visit Seoul Sky, you’ll need a ticket, and there are two options: a general admission ticket or a Fast Pass.

  • General admission requires you to pick a specific date and time slot in advance.

  • Fast Pass gives you immediate entry at any time without needing a reservation, which is great if you want flexibility or want to skip the timed entry system.

  • Also have the option to add the Sky Bridge Tour lets visitors walk across an outdoor bridge at a staggering 541 meters above the city, safely harnessed to a tether line. It’s one of the most thrilling ways to experience Seoul from above.

Seoul Sky Ticket prices:

  • Adult (ages 13+): ₩31,000 (≈ US $23)

  • Child (ages 3–12): ₩27,000 (≈ US $20)

  • Fast Pass (all ages): ₩50,000 (≈ US $37)

  • If you’re visiting on a busy day or don’t want to lock in a time, the Fast Pass is worth the extra cost for the convenience.

Sky Bridge Tour Pricing

  • ₩96,000 (≈ US $72) — buy at the 117th Floor SKY Station

  • ₩120,000 (≈ US $90) — buy at the B1 ticket office

  • Tickets open 1 month in advance online, or you can purchase same-day tickets at B1F or 117F.

  • Limited to 12 people per time slot.

  • Operations are weather-dependent, so tours may be canceled in bad conditions.

The biggest perks of visiting Seoul Sky are its status as the highest observation deck in both Seoul and South Korea, the mix of indoor and outdoor viewing areas, and the incredible 360° city views. It was also less crowded than expected, and you can revisit the observation floors as many times as you’d like, which makes it easy to take your time.

On the downside, the glass panels create a lot of reflections that make photography tricky, and several paid photo zones take up space that could otherwise be used for viewing. The elevator ride feels a bit underwhelming, and there are no free water refill stations—only bottled water for sale on Floor 122. To top it off, drinks and snacks are overpriced for what you get.
