Spa Gogyeol is hands down one of my favorite spas in Seoul because they always deliver a 5-star experience. I went in wanting to try a traditional Korean body scrub for the first time, but couldn’t resist adding on their detox wrap and massage — and I’m so glad I did.

The scrub is no joke: they exfoliate you from head to toe to get rid of all your dead skin, then follow it up with a detox treatment that leaves you feeling completely refreshed. The whole thing ends with a deep, soothing massage that honestly had me floating out the door.

By the time I left, my skin was ridiculously soft and my body felt like it had been completely reset.
