Spread across 245 acres of scenic mountains and rivers, the Korean Folk Village brings the Joseon Dynasty (1392–1897) to life. It’s a living museum where you can step back in time and experience traditional culture in a relaxed outdoor setting.

What You’ll See & Do:

  • Joseon-era Daily Life: The village features 270 authentic houses relocated and restored from across Korea, showcasing the lifestyle of different regions.

  • Cultural Performances: Regular events include farmer’s dances, horseback martial arts, and reenactments of Joseon-era ceremonies.

  • Crafts & Workshops: Nine traditional ateliers where you can see blacksmithing, pottery, bamboo crafts, and more—and even purchase handmade souvenirs.

  • Exhibits & Farmland: Exhibition halls with thousands of cultural artifacts, plus farmland with native trees and farm animals.
