Traditional Korean herbal medicine museum

Museum

The museum is located across from the Seoul Yangnyeong Market, one of the most famous oriental medicine markets in Korea from which approximately 70% of the nation's oriental medicine is distributed.

You can learn how traditional Korean medicine has been practiced for centuries, from royal remedies to everyday tonics. There are exhibits on herbs and treatments, plus fun hands-on experiences like tasting herbal teas or trying a foot bath.

When you step back outside, you’re surrounded by rows of shops selling ginseng, roots, and dried herbs, so it feels like the museum spills right into real life.
