Glendalough is one of the most beautiful areas you will ever see. There are multiple hikes you can do (I recommend downloaded the app AllTrails to guide you). There is an incredible old monastery that was lived in by monks with the famous St.Kevins tower where local monks would keep their precious belongings and try to keep them from Vikings who would regularly attack.

Glendalough is a must see if you’re in the area.
