If you're coming to play golf in Rosapenna then I would definitely recommend staying at Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort. The hotel is right beside 2 of the courses - Sandy Hills and Old Tom and is just a 5 minute drive from St.Patrick's.

The hotel sits right on Sheephaven Bay and it's beautiful. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's pretty close. If you're brave enough, I would highly recommend an early morning dip in the beach right beside the hotel, followed by breakfast at the hotel all before you hit one of the 3 incredible links courses.

You're also within walking distance of the great seaside town of Downings with famous pubs and restaurants like The Harbour Bar, Fisk and The Goose and The Gander.
