The Island is a golf course you might not know that much about. It sits right on the Irish Sea and you can look out across the bay to the beautiful seaside town of Malahide.

The course itself has some of the best dunes on Ireland's east coast and the golf course is a proper test as it now regularly hosts qualifying for The Open Championship. It's a top class links course and ideal to include while playing courses in the area like the 2 Portmarnock courses or Royal Dublin.
