Created by forager and herbalist Jenny, Rising Embers is a Finnish-inspired wood-fired mobile sauna tucked into a spot on Newlyn Green in Penzance, with spellbinding views across Mounts Bay to St Michael’s Mount. Essential oils are provided to add to the coals, and the sessions are designed around the traditional hot-cold cycle — stepping out to swim at Battery Rocks opposite, or using the cold plunge barrel on site. Book individual 30-minute sessions or private hire for up to 8 people. Gift vouchers available. Check Instagram and the website for session times and seasonal events with local practitioners. Dog-friendly setting.
