Created by forager and herbalist Jenny, Rising Embers is a Finnish-inspired wood-fired mobile sauna tucked into a spot on Newlyn Green in Penzance, with spellbinding views across Mounts Bay to St Michael’s Mount. Essential oils are provided to add to the coals, and the sessions are designed around the traditional hot-cold cycle — stepping out to swim at Battery Rocks opposite, or using the cold plunge barrel on site.
