Soar Mill Cove Beach is a hidden gem of a beach located near Salcombe in South Devon. This tiny, remote sandy inlet is surrounded by towering black cliffs. It’s such a unique area with the drama of the rugged coastline and then a pristine golden sandy beach hidden away.

The beach is not accessible on foot (which is part of its charm) via the South West Coast Path or through the Soar Mill Cove Hotel. I park at Bolberry Down when I visit, or you could also park at East Soar National Trust car park.

Whether you choose to relax on the soft sand or explore the crystal-clear waters by canoe or boat, Soar Mill Cove Beach promises a fun-filled adventure for those seeking a unique and unforgettable beach experience.
