Visiting Canadian Rockies for 7 days in summer and want to see the best of best? This itinerary is for you!

PS: The itinerary is adjusted to the days with shortest daylight of the year, you may be able to fit more things in if visiting later in the winter. Note that the itinerary starts in Banff and ends in Jasper, so you might have to count extra time/aays for getting from/to airport.

Start the day with a drive to Lake Minnewanka and make sure to stop at Two Jack Lake on the way.

Head back to town and take a quick stroll on Banff Avenue which is the main street with all cute shops, souvenirs and restaurants where you can grab something to eat.

Afternoon is for a gondola ride to the top of Sulphur mountain! This is one of the best things to do in Banff year round, just make sure to book your tickets in advance.
